Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ground turkey
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • pinch of ginger
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground turkey, chopped green pepper, tomato sauce, garlic powder, dry mustard, ginger, beef bouillon cube, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
  4. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
