Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lb Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • boneless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Crush the stuffing mix until fine.
  2. Wash the chicken breasts.
  3. Dip the chicken breasts into the melted margarine and Dijon mustard mixture.
  4. Then dip the chicken into the crushed stuffing mix to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes until cooked through and golden.
