Instructions
- Line a 10-inch quiche dish or pie pan with pastry.
- Trim excess pastry around edges.
- Bake at 400° for 3 minutes.
- Remove from oven and gently prick the pastry with a fork.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let cool on a rack.
- Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
- Crumble bacon and place in the pastry shell.
- Sprinkle with diced Swiss cheese.
- Combine eggs, whipping cream, half and half, flour, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
- Pour the mixture over the cheese in the pastry shell.
- Bake at 375° for 65 minutes or until set.
