Ingredients

  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of cloves
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Melt margarine in a large rectangular pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and add the melted margarine.
  4. Mix well and pour the batter into the pan with the melted margarine.
  5. Bake for one hour at 325°.
