Perverse meatloaf
Ingredients
- 2 lb hamburger meat ⓘ
- 3 oz. cashew nuts chopped ( roasted and dry in skillet ) ⓘ
- 5 oz. apricots dried (soft) chopped ⓘ
- 2 bunches green onions ( large chunks ) ⓘ
- 1 tablespoons cognac or sherry ⓘ
- 1/4 cup water ⓘ
- 1 white onion, cubed ⓘ
- 2 dry rolls soaked in water ⓘ
- 2 pinches ground cloves ⓘ
- 3 eggs ⓘ
- 2 whole chili peppers cut ⓘ
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger ⓘ
- 1 3/4 oz. veg broth ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons honey ⓘ
Instructions
- Add onion to meat.
- Squeeze water from bread and add to meat.
- Toast cashews.
- Add all ingredients except honey and green onions, mix form into an oval shape and pour oil over meat.
- If too wet add bread crumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 10 minutes before done pour honey on top and place the green onions around the meat.
