Ingredients

  • 8 oz. container Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar flavor cold pack cheese food
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine cold pack cheese food and softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
  2. Add chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped pimento, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and mix well.
  3. Mold into bell shapes using two cold pack containers lined with plastic wrap or coated with margarine.
  4. Chill until firm.
  5. Unmold the cheese bells.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and pimento strips, if desired.
  7. Serve with Triscuits.
