Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions
