Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 package Sasson Accent seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salad olives
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup cooking wine
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the chopped ground beef in a large frying pan.
  2. Drain excess fat from the browned meat.
  3. Add chopped green bell pepper, chopped onion, garlic powder, Sasson Accent seasoning, salad olives, raisins, cooking wine, and tomato sauce.
  4. Let it cook on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve over white rice or with crackers for a snack.
