Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries
  • 3 lb. raisins
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 lb. dates
  • 10 eggs
  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 lb. shelled pecan halves
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
