  1. Brown the lean ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped onion, green pepper, minced garlic, salt, and soy sauce to the beef and cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Transfer the cooked mixture to a large greased casserole dish.
  4. Add the beans to the casserole dish.
  5. Stir in barbecue sauce until well combined.
  6. Add chopped pineapple along with some of its juice until the desired consistency is achieved.
  7. Mix everything thoroughly.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
