- Beat eggs until fluffy.
- Add crushed pineapple with juice to the eggs and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, and baking soda.
- Add the dry ingredients to the pineapple mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in half of the chopped nuts into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle remaining chopped nuts on top of the cake after baking if desired.
