Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) package pineapple cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups cake flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and pineapple cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add flour and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
  6. Place in a cold oven.
  7. Set temperature at 325° and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
  8. Cool 15 to 20 minutes before removing from pan.
