Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. flank steak
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 2 red peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 c. honey

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the steak and all other ingredients except honey.
  2. Marinate in the refrigerator for 48 hours, turning the meat about 4 times.
