- Beat the eggs well in a large mixing bowl.
- Add milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix.
- Melt butter, margarine, and oil in a small pan on the stove until warm.
- Allow the melted mixture to cool.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and mix well.
- Add the yeast mixture to the cooled butter mixture, then add grated Parmesan cheese and all to the egg mixture.
- Mix well with an electric mixer to blend thoroughly.
- Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, up to 4 cups, mixing as you go.
- Turn off the electric mixer.
- Remove the bowl from the mixer and add 1/4 cup Crisco, mixing with your hands.
- Continue adding the remaining flour gradually using a wooden spoon to mix until the dough is consistent.
