Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet or saucepan.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Add tomato sauce, whole tomatoes, kidney beans, and water to the skillet.
- Stir in all ingredients except masa flour.
- Cook on low heat approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Add masa flour for thickening, then continue to cook another 30 minutes.
