Pocket Steak Dinner
A hearty foil-baked steak with vegetables infused with onion soup flavor, perfect for a comforting family dinner or casual gathering.

Instructions
- Tear off enough foil to completely cover the meat and vegetables. Place the meat in the center of the foil on a cookie sheet.
- Spread the onion soup mix on top of the meat.
- Place chunks of carrots and potatoes on the meat; dot with butter. Seal the foil around the entire thing to hold in the juices.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours, until vegetables are soft.
- Serve with gravy made from the meat juices if desired.
