Ingredients

  • 1 medium beef roast
  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 6 to 8 medium carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 to 3 potatoes
  • 1 whole cooked and deboned chicken

  • noodles
  • parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef roast, cabbage, carrots, and onions together for about 2 hours.
  2. Add potatoes and cook on low heat for another hour.
  3. Add cooked chicken and broth; cook on low for 1 more hour.
