Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground round
  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen lima beans
  • 2 cups stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup canned onion rings
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • dash black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare lima beans according to package directions; drain.
  2. Brown ground round in a skillet.
  3. Combine all ingredients including lima beans, stewed tomatoes, onion rings, cheese, salt, crushed garlic, black pepper, and chili powder.
  4. Place the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
