Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 green pepper, shredded
  • 1 small package carrots, sliced
  • 1 package rice sticks
  • 1/2 bottle soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts, then cool and dice.
  2. Save 2 cups of broth from the cooked chicken.
  3. Add vegetable oil to a wok and heat on low.
  4. Add garlic, onion, celery, cabbage, green pepper, and carrots; stir-fry on high until tender.
  5. Add 1 cup of broth and steam for a few minutes.
  6. While stir-frying, soak rice sticks in water and let stand until frying is done.
  7. Drain the rice sticks and add them to the vegetables.
  8. Add diced chicken and soy sauce, then stir to combine and serve.
