- Cook chicken breasts, then cool and dice.
- Save 2 cups of broth from the cooked chicken.
- Add vegetable oil to a wok and heat on low.
- Add garlic, onion, celery, cabbage, green pepper, and carrots; stir-fry on high until tender.
- Add 1 cup of broth and steam for a few minutes.
- While stir-frying, soak rice sticks in water and let stand until frying is done.
