Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix boiling water and poppy seeds together and set aside.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add the seed and water mixture to the batter.
  4. Pour the mixture into 2 greased loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
  6. This bread freezes well.
