Ingredients

  • 2 medium light green heads romaine lettuce, washed and drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. light oil
  • 3 Tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
  • 1 level tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tin flat anchovies (optional)
  • bacon bits (optional, to taste)
  • 3 crushed cloves garlic (optional)
  • 1 or 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • plain croutons
  • fresh mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

  2. 1 head lettuce, chopped and placed in a large 13 x 9-inch pan.
