Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 24 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops on both sides and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream of celery soup, milk, sour cream, black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
  3. Stir in the thawed hash browns, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and 1 cup French fried onions.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange the browned pork chops on top of the potato mixture.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until the pork chops are done.
  7. Uncover, top with remaining cheese and French fried onions, and bake until onions are golden.
