Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 cups cubed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 12 oz. evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage and onion until sausage is browned and onion is tender.
  2. Drain on paper towel.
  3. Return sausage to kettle with potatoes, salt, marjoram, pepper, and water.
  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Add corn and evaporated milk.
  6. Heat through.
