Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/3 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small grated onion
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a heavy frying pan, brown the pork chops on one side.
  2. Place the browned chops uncooked side down in a baking pan.
  3. Cook flour, margarine, and milk together until thickened.
  4. Add beaten egg, grated onion, and Parmesan cheese to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Spread the batter over each chop and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 45 minutes.
