  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the Wheat Chex, Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Cheerios, pretzel sticks, peanuts, pecans, and cashews in a large plastic bag and tumble until thoroughly mixed.
  2. In a saucepan, combine bacon drippings, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and set aside until warm.
  3. Dribble the sauce mixture over the cereals while continuing to tumble in the plastic bag.
  4. Continue tumbling until all cereal is coated with the sauce.
  5. Taste the mixture and add more seasoning such as garlic salt and cayenne to taste.
  6. Preheat the oven to 225°F (107°C).
  7. Spread the mixture in small quantities on a shallow broiling pan approximately 2 inches deep, leaving space for stirring.
