Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine

Instructions

  1. Pound pork tenderloin slices until 1/4-inch thick.
  2. Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
  3. Coat pork pieces with flour, dip in egg and water mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
  4. Cook a few pieces of pork in margarine and vegetable oil, turning once.
  5. Cook for about 12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Repeat with remaining pork pieces.
