Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 1 cup peeled apples
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Grease a 6 1/2-cup mold.
  3. Stuff the sausage mixture into the mold and then unmold onto a jelly roll pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
