Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 onion, chopped (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 90 minutes until hot and bubbly.
