Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups cubed cooked potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup diced sweet pickle
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • sliced hard-cooked egg
  • parsley sprigs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, blend the cream of celery soup, water, vinegar, and pepper.
  2. Add the cubed cooked potatoes, cubed cooked ham, diced sweet pickle, and chopped onion to the bowl.
  3. Mix well and chill the salad for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Garnish with sliced hard-cooked egg and parsley sprigs before serving.
