Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Barely cover potatoes, onion, and celery with water in a pot.
  2. Cook until tender.
  3. Mash the mixture with a potato masher.
  4. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve topped with chopped parsley.
