Instructions
- Cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
- Add egg whites, beating 4 minutes or until well blended.
- Add vanilla and almond extracts. Beat at low speed until well blended.
- Set aside.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add alternately with vanilla yogurt to the creamed mixture, beginning and ending with flour.
- Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 65 minutes.
