Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese, butter, and margarine together until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla, and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Stir in the all-purpose flour and beat until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured tube pan lined at the bottom with waxed paper.
  5. Bake in a 325°F oven for 1 hour and 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
