Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup 10x sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 (10 oz.) packs frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup 10x sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 10x sugar, then press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then allow to cool.
  3. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water.
  4. Add frozen sliced strawberries to the Jell-O mixture.
  5. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  6. Refrigerate until the Jell-O is partially set before serving.
