Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
  • 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 16 whole, moist, pitted prunes
  • 3/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix for 1 minute.
  2. Grease a mini muffin pan.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
