Ingredients

  • 3 cups sifted flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Mazola oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  2. Add all dry ingredients, raisins, and pumpkin; beat for 10 minutes.
  3. Grease a tube pan and pour the batter into it.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
