Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add oil and eggs; mix by hand until well combined.
  3. Stir in pumpkin, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
