Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (half and half)
  • 1 box coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in canned pumpkin.
  4. Add the dry ingredients mixture to the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Mix well, then gradually stir in milk.
