Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (12 or 15 oz.) can Pet milk
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 or 2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, then fold in chopped pecans.
  2. Pour the batter into a well-greased, floured pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Test for doneness with a knife; it should come out clean.
