Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a dash of ground cloves
  • a dash of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended.
  3. Stir canned pumpkin and spices into 1 cup of batter.
  4. Pour remaining plain batter into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of pumpkin batter on top of the plain batter and swirl gently.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
