Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into the melted margarine.
