  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
