Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 finely minced red pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimentos
  • 1 finely minced onion

Instructions

  1. Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  3. May be heated at very low temperature.
  4. Serve as a dip for corn chips or raw vegetables.
