Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded Swiss cheese, shredded Mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, and chopped green onion.
  2. Sprinkle the cheese mixture into the pie shell.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs and mix with half and half, salt, and oregano.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cheeses in the pie shell.
  5. Place the pie on a cookie sheet and bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
  6. Allow the quiche to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
