Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. flaked coconut
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can fruit cocktail in heavy syrup

Instructions

  1. Slice the banana about 10 minutes before serving.
  2. Drain the mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix the sliced banana, drained oranges, pineapple, and fruit cocktail with its juice.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and sprinkle with flaked coconut.
