Quick Brunch Strata
A hearty, cheesy brunch casserole with ham, bread, and fresh tomato slices, perfect for feeding a crowd or a weekend family breakfast.

Instructions
- Butter an 8 x 10-inch (or larger) casserole pan.
- Place 4 slices of bread in the bottom of the dish, cutting them to fit if necessary, and lightly butter them.
- Layer an even amount of chipped ham, prosciutto, or turkey over the bread.
- Place slices of American, Colby, or Swiss cheese over the meat.
- Spread the remaining bread slices with mayonnaise and place them mayonnaise side down over the cheese.
- Beat the eggs into the milk and pour the mixture over the assembled layers.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 35 minutes or until the casserole is brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and place sliced tomato on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
