Ingredients

  • 2 small packages Buddig corned beef slices
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp bottled thick meat sauce
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the torn or sliced corned beef strips and cook, stirring for a few minutes until well coated.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
  5. Stir in the bottled thick meat sauce.
  6. Serve over biscuit halves, rice, mashed potatoes, corn bread, or toast points.
