A quick and cheesy ham quiche with a flaky crust, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or light dinner, suited for busy weeknights or brunch gatherings.

Instructions

  1. Add flour, baking powder, egg whites, and Egg Beaters to a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Add cottage cheese and blend a little more.
  4. Layer grated cheese and ham cubes in a sprayed quiche pan.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until high and nicely brown.
  7. Check with a toothpick to be sure it's done through the center.
