Quick Dinner Quiche
A quick and cheesy ham quiche with a flaky crust, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or light dinner, suited for busy weeknights or brunch gatherings.

Instructions
- Add flour, baking powder, egg whites, and Egg Beaters to a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Add cottage cheese and blend a little more.
- Layer grated cheese and ham cubes in a sprayed quiche pan.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until high and nicely brown.
- Check with a toothpick to be sure it's done through the center.
