Ingredients

  • 3 cups stuffing mix seasoning pack (dry) or Orowheat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Seasoned bread (amount as needed)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Sprinkle parsley (fresh or dried)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and let set for a while, even overnight if desired.
  2. Shape the mixture into approximately 16 balls.
  3. Place the meatballs in a serving dish and cover with sauce.
  4. Bake, covered, at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
