Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel.
  2. Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Coat chicken with flour and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice.
  5. Cook chicken until browned on each side, about 15 minutes.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  7. Add the remaining lemon juice to the pan juices.
  8. Simmer about 5 minutes, then pour over chicken.
