Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
  • 1 1/2 Cup (12 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 3/4 Cup (15 oz.) Can Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Beat the pudding and evaporated milk together in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice to the mixture.
  4. Mix well until smooth.
  5. Spoon the pudding into dessert dishes.
  6. Refrigerate for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Top with whipped cream before serving.
